Parking is subject to availability and requires landlord approval. Parking fees are paid monthly with rent. Late or unpaid parking fees can trigger late charges and loss of parking privileges. Resident parking is only permitted in designated residential parking areas. No parking in visitor, retail, fire lane, drive aisle, assigned-to-others, or service spaces. Unauthorized or non-registered vehicles may be towed at the resident’s expense. Parking permit stickers/fobs are for the resident’s use only and cannot be copied or shared. Permit stickers must be displayed on the bottom passenger corner of the windshield. Vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and mechanical repairs are not allowed in the garage or within Valor Acres. Vehicles cannot be left running inside the parking garage. Residents cannot tamper with or hold open the garage gate.
